Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of subscription services provided by CallNow - Policy Search.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Once the subscription is cancelled, the user will continue to have access to the services until the end of the active subscription period.

2. Cancellation Window

If a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of payment, the user may also request a refund as per the Refund Policy.

3. After Subscription Expiry

Once the subscription period ends, access to the software system will automatically be revoked unless the user renews the subscription.

4. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if a user violates platform policies or uses the system for illegal activities.
